of americans who think they have health insurance under obama care may discover on january 1st that they do not. after days of refusing to release the stats on the problems plaguing healthcare.gov, the administration has now announced under pressure from the press that the enrollment out of 1 out of every 4 people in the months of october and november were botched. at li 1 out of every 4. now, since then, they say at least 1 out of every 10 federal applications has had problems since the fix, and they think the number is higher in the states, the state exchanges. a reporter pressed the agency in charge of these exchanges, the federal exchange, for a solution to this mess. people don't know. they think they've got the coverage. they don't have the coverage. the insurer has some botched form. it doesn't even have names so it can't call the person to tell them it didn't work for you. and here was the answer. >> but you're not saying that everyone should call? you're not suggesting that, urging them strongly despite the fact you're talking about a potential 1 in 10 error rate going forward. >> i wo

there is still no system yet for moving the money from the obama care customers to the insurance companies. the subsidies that the government promised the insurance companies it would give them in order to give you know, coverage to these millions of americans, great, a promise. but unfortunately there was no way to cut the check. that part of it that provides for payment, not built yet. and for days, many journalists have been demanding answers of this administration, wanting to know, you're touting this improved healthcare.gov. how does the system work without a payment mechanism? there is no cash register. what would make the insurance companies actually provide coverage when they haven't been paid? we reported this to you last night. without a way to get payment to those companies how are people going to actually get coverage? so now tonight, at 8:00 p.m., get a report with an answer from reuters news. the administration is going to let the insurance companies estimate what they should get. and then the feds are going to cut them a big check and figure out later what the real amounts a

african-americans in the post-president obama world five years after her husband's comments, which created some problems in that demographic for mrs. clinton. she now is trying to work to repair any remaining damage, if there is one. but there is another overlooked headline that deserves more attention than it got and it's how clinton aligns and distances herself from the administration to best position herself for 2016. there were two politico pieces that brought up this issue in the past week, particularly on the topic of iran. will, for instance, former secretary of state hillary clinton publicly react to the nuclear deal? and if so, how? a current decision is to stay silent and there's a lot of good reasons to stay silent. while she's cautiously optimistic about the deal, the implication is that she still has some lingering concerns and perhaps she wouldn't have been comfortable negotiating it the way john kerry was comfortable doing it. while she doesn't want to be out-israeled by anybody, she also doesn't want to look like she is undermining her successor at the state department. so
